Susan Lichtenstein

Susan Lichtenstein is the Founder and Managing Partner of DigiTravel Consulting and the Founder of Travel and Meeting Society (TAMS). DigitTravel is dedicated to simplifying processes for buyers and suppliers to enable next-generation, omnichannel, decentralized travel programs. Susan has an extensive background in the Travel and Meetings industry. Her past roles have included executive positions in both the corporate and supplier sides of the industry. Susan has expertise in business leadership, T&E procurement, strategy, planning, and process optimization. She is widely known as both a disruptor and innovator. Susan is a recipient of multiple awards recognizing her career achievements and contributions, including being named, for the third time, one of the Top 25 Influential Executives in 2020 by Business Travel News, Top 50 Women In Travel in 2021, and induction into The BTN Group Hall of Fame.
